To all Unitholders of AmGlobal Enhanced Equity Yield

RE: CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF UNITHOLDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Unitholders will be closed from 17 May 2010 to 18 May 2010 for the preparation of the final income distribution for the year. The Register of Unitholders will reopen on 19 May 2010.

All applications for units, redemptions, registrable transfers and amendments to the Register of Unitholders received by the Manager of AmGlobal Enhanced Equity Yield up to 4.00 pm on 14 May 2010 will be registered for the final income distribution.

All applications of units, redemptions and registrable transfers received during the closure shall only be registered upon the reopening of the Register of Unitholders and shall not be entitled for the final income distribution.

The amount of final income distribution receivable by each unitholder is calculated by the reference to the total number of units held before the closure of the Register of Unitholders.
