NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Unitholders will be closed from 25 June 2012 to 26 June 2012 for the preparation of the interim income distribution for the year. The Register of Unitholders will reopen on 27 June 2012.

 

All applications for units, redemptions, registrable transfers and amendments to the Register of Unitholders received by the Manager of AmDividend Income up to 4.00 pm on 22 June 2012 will be registered for the interim income distribution.

 

All applications of units, redemptions and registrable transfers received during the closure shall only be registered upon the reopening of the Register of Unitholders and shall not be entitled for the income distribution.

 

The amount of interim income distribution receivable by each unitholder is calculated by the reference to the total number of units held before the closure of the Register of Unitholders.
