ProPay eliminates the need for you to manually prepare payments. Issuance of cheques, drafts, internal funds transfers or wire payments can be done by a simple file upload through AmBank's corporate internet banking solutions.

Quick and Easy Reconciliations
For Bank reconciliation, bulk payments can be reflected as a single consolidated credit. Detailed reports are available for itemized payments listing. Also, for cheque payments, an un-presented items report is also available to you to identify payments that have not been presented for clearing. We are also able to integrate with accounting systems for updates to Accounts Payables.

The system protects against fraud in a variety of methods. We use advance technology to automatically monitor your transactions, and to limit approvals and authorizations to a few key people. We also use positive pay to ensure accurate matching against cheque numbers, amounts and beneficiaries. We also provide secured channels for payment instructions to reach our processing centres.

In-House Fund Transfer
ProPay IFT enables you to make online in-house funds transfers within AmBank.

Banker's Cheque
ProPay BC relieves you of the task of manually preparing cheques for payment and also having to manually sign these cheques. With a simple file upload, payment instructions can be sent to AmBank for processing. You need only send a single payment file, which can contain multiple payment types (RENTAS, GIRO, IFT and banker's cheque) along with details such as amount, beneficiary and delivery mode.

As an added feature, payment advices can also be printed sent with the cheques to your beneficiaries to give them details of the payment.

Interbank Fund Transfer (MEPS GIRO)
ProPay GIRO enables you to make online payments to other MEPS participating financial institutions.

ProPay Rentas
ProPay Rentas enables you to make online RENTAS payments. Instructions received before the 2 p.m. cut off time will be processed the same day.

ProPay Dividend/eDividend
Upon receipt of a dividend payment instruction from a Share Registrar, we will process payments (either by issuance of banker's cheques or electronically) together with the dividend tax warrants. Where the dividend is paid electronically, shareholders will be notified by email on the payout while the tax warrants will be mailed to the shareholder's correspondence address.
