Elgibility:
• Minimum age: 18 years old. • Open to Malaysian citizens, Permanent Residents or workers with Work Permit in Malaysia.
Documents required:
1. Copy of NRIC or valid Passport & VISA / Work Permit / Employment Pass (for Non- Malaysian Citizen or Expatriate). 2. Copy of Sales and Purchase Agreement or Booking Receipt. 3. Confirmation Letter of Employment (required if current employment is less than 1 year). 4. Income Documents:
Individual Applicants: a) For Employed Applicant: i. Fixed salary earner: • Latest 3 months' salary slips. • Latest EPF statement. • Latest 3 months' bank statements that reflect salary credited.
ii. Fixed salary earner with commissions: • Latest 6 months' salary slips. • Latest EPF statement. • Latest 6 months' bank statements that reflect salary credited. iii. Full commissions earner: • Latest 12 months' commission statements. • Latest 6 months' bank statements that reflect commission crediting. b) For Self Employed Applicant: i. Sole Proprietor and Partnership: • Latest 6 months' business / personal bank statements. • Form A & D.
ii. Company: • Latest 6 months' business / personal bank statements. • Form 24 & 49. c) Non-Individual Applicants (Company/Partnership/Sole-Proprietorship): • Business Registration Form. • Profile of Company, Directors and Management team. • Certified true copy of M&A, Form 24/44/49 and 9. • Latest 2 Years audited accounts or management accounts. • Latest 6 months' Company bank statements. • Latest 2 years' Form J (for Guarantor/Proprietor). • Latest 3 months' payslip (for Guarantor).
