Features:
- Margin of financing up to 100%.
- Combination of fixed and variable rates.
- Option to finance MRTA / MRTT.
- Tenure of financing up to 30 years.
- Applicable for under construction and completed residential properties.
Eligibility:
- Malaysian citizen.
- First time home buyer not exceeding 35 years of age.
- Owner occupied.
- Individual with gross income not exceeding RM3,000/month.
- Confirmed employee with minimum employment of 6 months with the same employer.
- Monthly payment amount not exceeding 1/3 of monthly income.
- Property value of RM100,000 to RM220,000
- Remaining leasehold tenure of at least 60 years (for leasehold property only).
Documents required:
1. Copy of NRIC.
2. Copy of Sales and Purchase Agreement or Booking Receipt.
3. Copy of Individual Title.
4. Confirmation Letter of Employment (required if current employment is less than 1 year).
5. Income Documents:
Either both of the following documents:
- Latest income tax return (with payment receipt)
- Latest 3 months' bank statements that shows monthly salary is credited into the account
OR
Either one of the above plus:
- Latest 3 months' salary slips with employer's name and evidence that salary is credited into the bank account.
OR
Employer's letter (on letterhead or bearing Company stamp) confirming designation and income details. |
