| Steps to Reactivate AmOnline |

1. AmOnline Login
a. Log on to ambankgroup.com and select AmOnline.
b. Enter Login ID and click “Continue” to proceed.
c. Enter password and click “Submit”.
2. Notification Message & Reactivation Options

Please choose the preferred option for reactivation
3. Fill in required details
a. Reactivation via ATM Card PIN or Credit Card PIN

b. Reactivation via TAC Request

4. Successful Reactivation
a. Upon successful reactivation, you will be directed to “Reactivation Confirmation” page.
b. You may now login to AmOnline by entering your login details.
Important Notice!
For AmGenie Mobile Banking users, you must reactive your profile via AmOnline on a PC. Mobile phones reactivation is currently not available. For users who do not login to AmOnline and AmGenie for more than 12 months, please call our AmBank Contact Centre at 03-2178 8888 for assistance. |
