This AmOnline service allows you to order your cheque, stop your cheque request, request for printed statement and online application forms.

  • 1.Can I change my Login ID and Password?
    Yes, you can change your Login ID and Password. However, you will need to login with your existing Login ID and password before changing to the new Login ID and Password.
  • 2.What precautions can I take to protect my Password?
    You can take the following steps to ensure your password is safe at all times:

    • Memorize your password. For security reasons, do not write it down.
    • Do not tell anyone of your PIN and password.
    • Kindly ensure your password is not exposed during transactions.
    • Ensure that your computer environment is secure.
    • Always do a proper logout when you finish your financial transactions.
    • We do not encourage you to access AmOnline Services from a public terminal i.e. cyber cafe. But if you must, please remember to clear your cache after each logout session and change your password from another secure computer terminal.
  • 3.What can I do with the "Change Account Preferences" function?
    This “Change Account Preferences” function allows you to add nickname(s) to your account(s). This can be helpful because you can create unique name(s) for your account(s) that are more familiar to you. The nickname(s) you select will be used throughout your internet banking experience and you can change it at any time. For an added sense of security, you can also “mask” your account numbers for your internet banking experience. If you masked your account numbers, only the last four digits of your account numbers will be shown while on the primary pages.
  • 4.What is My Quick Links?
    “My Quick Links” function enables you to choose your preference to select the items you want to appear in your “Quick Links” selection.
  • 5.Can I change my favorite page?
    You can change your default sign-on destination page at “Change My favorite Page” function.
  • 6.What is Session Summary?
    Session Summary allows you to see whatever financial transactions you had performed throughout the session.
  • 7.What is "Change My Limits"?
    This page allows you to manage the limit for each transaction type. For new and existing users who have not set their Current Limit (CL) before, the limit will be as per Default Limit. Users may increase their Current Limit up to the amount of Maximum Limit.
