Pay Bills & Dues 

This AmOnline service allows you to make bill payment(s) to registered or non-registered payees. It also allows you to schedule future dated transaction(s) in advance.

  • 1.What is "Manage My Bills and Dues"?
    “Manage My Bills and Dues” is a function where you can add, register or delete your bill payees. Once registered, you will not be required to key in the bill account number for future bill payments.
  • 2.What Bill Payment(s) can I make?
    Please refer to this link for a complete list of bill payees.
  • 3.What account(s) can I use to pay my bills?
    You can pay from your Savings Account, Current Account, Credit Card and Prepaid Card.

    For payments to AmInvestment Bank Bhd, MBF AmBank Line of Credit (LOC) and Synergy AmBank Line of Credit (LOC), you can only pay from your Savings and Current Account.
  • 4.Do I need to register the payee(s) before I can pay my bills?
    No, you can pay your bills to any of our bill payees at “Oneoff” function. However, if you have registered the bill payee(s), you can proceed to make payment(s) at “My Registered” function.
  • 5.Why did the bill payee charge me a penalty even though I have made a payment on the due date of my bill?
    Each Payee Corporation has its own cut-off time to process the payment. To avoid incurring late payment charges, we strongly encourage you to schedule the payment(s) at least three working days in advance from the payment due date.
  • 6.Can I make a future dated payment for my bills?
    Yes, you can make a future dated payment with your preferred effective date at “For Future” function.
  • 7.Can I delete my future dated payment option if it has not been processed yet?
    Yes, you can do so at “Pending” function.
  • 8.I make the same amount of payment every month to a particular bill payee. Can I schedule an instruction to effect this payment every month?
    Yes, you can create a recurring payment to the particular bill payee at “For Future” function.
  • 9.Are there any charges involved when making bill payment?
    Bill payment via AmOnline is free of charge, except bill payment for MARA where a convenience fee of RM1.00 will be charged.
  • 10.Can I view the history of my past bill payment(s)?
    Yes, you can view your bill payment(s) history at “Past” function. This page will display all the past transactions (Successful, Unsuccessful or InProgress Bills and Dues) for the latest 12 months.
  • 11.What should I do to change my defaulted debiting account for bill payment(s)?
    You can change your defaulted debiting account at “Change My Default Account” function.
