| How Does TAC Work? |
|
• AmOnline users must request for a TAC before they can perform AmOnline transactions which requires security authorisation.
• The TAC is valid for 5 minutes and can be used for one transaction only.
• Once the TAC expires, users must request for a new TAC if they wish to perform further transactions.
• If the TAC is forgotten, users must request for a new TAC.
• First time users must register their mobile phone number to receive the TAC at any AmBank ATMs or via AmBank Contact Centre at 1300 80 8888 (Domestic) or (603) 2178 8888 (Overseas).
• To request for TAC via AmBank Contact Centre, users are required to have a Telephone PIN (TPIN). Please note that you may only request 5 TACs per day via AmBank Contact Centre. |
