1.What are the Round the Clock Banking hours for ATM?
The Round the Clock Banking hours is from 2am to 12 midnight.
2.When will AmBank ATMs offer these Round the Clock Banking hours?
From June 2007 onwards.
3.Who can use this facility?
During these Round the Clock Banking hours, the following accountholders can perform the selected transactions via our AmBank ATM Machines:

AmBank ATM cardholders

AmBank credit cardholders

MEPS Local/Regional Link ATM cardholders (Other Bank accountholders, provided their systems are up)

International ATM/Debit and credit cardholders bearing MasterCard Cirrus or Visa Plus logo
4.What are the services available?
The services offered are as follows:

Check account balances

Check Hire Purchase and Consumer Loans status*

Pay Bills*

Fund Transfer*

Repayments*:
(a) Consumer Loan: 6am – 9pm
(b) Credit Card: 6am – 12am^#
(c) Hire Purchase: 6am – 12am

Cash Advance from Credit Card (for AmBank and MBF Credit Card*)

Cheque Book & Current Account statement request*

Fixed deposit placement*

Check Share Application status

Top-up Unit Trust*

Create Web PIN for AmOnline

Check Touch 'n Go balance and Reload*

* Not available from 2am to 6am.
⁺ Not available from 2am to 4am.
