Launch AmGenie on Your Web Browser 

This new service enables you to perform your banking transaction using this virtual phone.

To get started:

1. Select a function that you would like to perform, eg. Balance Inquiry.
2. When login page appears, key in your existing AmOnline Login ID and Password.
3. Proceed with transaction.
4. When transactions is completed, you can either click ‘Home’ to return to the main menu,
or click ’Logout” to end the session.

Launch AmGenie on Your Mobile Phone 

First, please contact your telco to ensure that you have activated WAP/GPRS/EDGE/3G network data connection on your mobile phone.
