Cash Management - GST Notice

Dear Valued Customers, 

Pursuant to the Master Service Agreement and its supplementary agreement(s), all fees and/or charges incurred by customers of AmBank Cash Management services (“Services”) shall be subject to Malaysian Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) with effect from 1 April 2015 and the customer agrees to pay the Bank the GST incurred as and when notified by the Bank. 

The applicable GST clauses shall be incorporated as an addendum to the Master Service Agreement and its supplementary agreement(s) with effect from 1 April 2015. Kindly click here​​ to access the Addendum. By using the Services provided by the Bank, you shall be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions therein. You are advised to print a copy of the same and attach it to your Master Service Agreement for record purposes. 

We have also included the revised Transaction Banking Cash Management Standard Fee Schedule which incorporates the pre and post 1 April 2015 Cash Management fees and the applicable GST chargeable for your easy reference. To view the revised fee schedule, please click here​.

We are pleased to inform you that the fees for IBG & RENTAS via e-AmBiz shall be reduced effective 1 April 2015 to ensure the total charges payable post GST implementation will remain unchanged. This means that as a customer of AmBank, you are only required to pay the same fees and at the same time, you get to enjoy input tax rebates from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. This translates to more savings for you!
