Temporary Unavailability of Bill Payment Services for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)

Dear Valued Customers,

Kindly be informed that due to a system enhancement exercise by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), the bill payment services to TNB via AmOnline Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, JomPAY and Automated Teller Machines (ATM) will be temporarily unavailable from 5 till 19 July 2016.

For AmOnline Bill Payment users, registered bill payee and recurring payments functions to TNB will be unavailable during this period. As an alternative, kindly make your TNB bill payment via the counter at Kedai Tenaga, TM Point or POS Malaysia.

Once these services have resumed, you will need to once again perform “Add Payee” under “Manage My Bills and Dues” at AmOnline and recreate the recurring payment to TNB function.

Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
