AmBank Fetes Priority Banking Customers

AmBank Group hosted an exclusive Customer Appreciation Dinner attended by approximately 350 people comprising valued AmBank Signature Priority Banking, Small and Medium Enterprises, Business Banking and Wholesale Banking customer and clients on Thursday, 13 April 2017.

The Customer Appreciation Dinner held at a leading hotel in Kuala Lumpur was hosted by AmBank Group Chairman, Tan Sri Azman Hashim and the AmBank Group Senior Management led by its Group Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Sulaiman Mohd Tahir.

“Tonight’s Customer Appreciation Dinner is exclusively organised for our valued clients as our way of showing appreciation for their endless support and also to relaunch the AmBank Signature Priority Banking.  It is certainly an occasion to be connected with all our clients and engage with our valued customers of the Group.

“We value our customers’ continuous support for the Group and this has certainly helped us to constantly improve our services to you. Understanding each customer as an individual with unique dreams and aspirations is at the heart of AmBank Signature Priority Banking. We provide more than just an account – we provide a relationship that works and evolves with you,” said Tan Sri Azman.

“The affluent segment is huge and given the emerging wealth in Asia, there is a growing number of affluent customers in Malaysia. Keeping this is mind, we are continuously working to enhance and expand our product and service offerings to meet the needs of this segment. They are highly motivated to multiply their savings to take care of their needs such as their retirement, kids’ education and investments and protection products.

Hence to meet these needs, we are aggressively hiring dedicated Relationship Managers who will be key in understanding the customers’ financial goals and crafting out the most suitable wealth strategy for each customer. As at today, we are proud to say that we have over 50,000 Priority Banking customers and this makes us as par with other banks in the industry. We have a total of seven Priority Banking Centres nationwide with a flagship centre opening in our main branch in Jalan Raja Chulan later this year,” said Dato’ Sulaiman.
