Precautionary Measures At Our Branches To Contain COVID-19 Outbreak - UPDATED

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that all our branches are still operating for your convenience. However, to contain the outbreak of COVID-19, we are taking the following precautionary measures:

  1. The operating hours of our branches in all states will be revised to 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (except Pulau Pangkor branch) and 9.00 am to 2.00 pm (for Pulau Pangkor branch only) until the end of the Movement Control Order.
  2. New account openings will be deferred until the end of the Movement Control Order.
  3. For social distancing measures, only five (5) customers will be allowed to be in the banking hall at a time.
  4. Cheque processing cut-off time will be revised to 2.00 p.m. Any depositing of cheques after 2.00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
  5. Our Self-Service Machines will be operating as follows:
    • 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. daily in all states except Kelantan, Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak;
    • 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily in Kelantan, Pahang and Sarawak;
    • 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. daily in Sabah.
  6. You are encouraged to perform your banking transactions via AmOnline web or mobile app which is available 24/7.

While we are committed to bringing the best service to our customers, these precautionary measures are necessary as the safety of our customers and employees is our utmost priority.

  4. Had masa pemprosesan cek akan disemak semula ke 2.00 petang.Cek yang dideposit selepas 2.00 petang akan diproses pada hari urusniaga berikutnya.
  5. Mesin Layan Diri kami akan beroperasi seperti yang berikut:
    • 8.00 pagi hingga 8.00 malam setiap hari di semua negeri kecuali Kelantan, Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak;
    • Dari 7.00 pagi hingga 7.00 malam setiap hari di Kelantan, Pahang and Sarawak;
    • 6.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang setiap hari di Sabah.
  6. Anda di galakkan untuk melakukan transaksi perbankan anda melalui laman sesawang atau aplikasi AmOnline yang tersedia 24 jam,7 hari seminggu.
