AmInvest Declares RM83.4 million in Income Distribution​

Wednesday, 7 September 2022 - AmInvest has declared income distribution for 27 unit trusts, wholesale funds and exchange-traded fund (ETF) from April 2022 to June 2022. Total net income distribution declared, encompassing conventional and Shariah-compliant funds across various asset classes, was approximately RM83.4 million.

Amongst the funds involved, the income distribution declared for AmDividend Income, US-Canada Income and Growth and AmIncome Plus has translated to income distribution yields of 14.3%, 6.8% and 5.6% respectively.1

FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI Exchange Traded Funds (etf), Malaysia’s first equity ETF, has declared an income distribution yield of 3.6% for the year following an interim income distribution of 3 sen in the month of June 2022.1 FBM KLCI etf is designed to follow the performance of its benchmark index, FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI, which comprises Malaysia’s top 30 largest companies in terms of market capitalisation. AmInvest dominates the market as the largest ETF provider in the country with assets under management of around RM1.6 billion.2
