London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) e-brochure

London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) will globally transition to alternative risk-free rates (RFRs) by 31 December 2021. To ensure a smooth industry transition, BNM have issued an e-brochure for customers on LIBOR contracts cessation by 31 December 2021 and to reference new products against alternative rates.
