APPLICABILITY

1. The Policy applies to the Bank, business associates acting on the Bank’s behalf, the Board of Directors and all employees.
2. The Policy should be read together with:
   • The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (MACC Act 2009);
   • Guidelines on Adequate Procedures issued pursuant to subsection (5) of Section 17A of MACC Act 2009;
   • AmBank Group Code of Conduct;
   • AmBank Group Code of Ethics;
   • AmBank Group Whistleblower Protection Policy;
