AmBank Group is honoured to be awarded the prestigious MSOSH OSH GOLD CLASS 1 AWARD for 2025 under the Services Sector. This recognition, equivalent to a Very Good OSH Performance rating, was granted following a stringent and comprehensive auditing process conducted by MSOSH.

This award reflects the bank’s unwavering commitment to excellence in occupational safety and health (OSH) management, preceded by two  certifications namely ISO 45001:2018 (OSH Management System) and ISO 39001:2012 (Road Traffic Safety Management System – RTSMS). It acknowledges the bank’s proactive efforts in creating a safe and healthy work environment, and its continuous improvement in OSH practices across all operational levels.

The MSOSH audit panel was made up of representatives from key national and industry bodies including Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Social Security Organization (SOCSO), SIRIM, Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF), MSOSH, multinational corporations, private sector companies and professional OSH practitioners.

This award not only affirms AmBank Group’s leadership in OSH practices but it hopes to also serves as an inspiration for other organisations to elevate their safety and health standards in creating safer, more resilient workplaces across Malaysia.
