Revision of AmBank’s Housing Loan/Financing Securities Documents Effective 30/09/2025
We have revised our Housing Loan/House Financing documents. You are required to take all necessary steps to ensure the Revised Documents shall be adopted effective from Letter of Instruction dated 30th September 2025 onward (“Effective Date”) Please take note that any non-compliance at your end in relation to your duty (ies) above, whether intentionally or otherwise, may result in action being taken against you, including but not limited to a claim for compensation for any damage or loss of any kind that may arise from such non-compliance.
