AmBank Group Renews RM75,000 Sponsorship with The Lost Food Project

AmBank Group has renewed its sponsorship with The Lost Food Project (TLFP) for the fourth consecutive year, pledging RM75,000 in 2025 to support hunger relief and food rescue initiatives.

A mock cheque handover ceremony was held at TLFP’s warehouse recently, attended by U Chen Hock, Chairman of AmBank (M) Berhad; Jamie Ling, Group Chief Executive Officer, AmBank Group; the Board Members; senior management; and AmBank Group Volunteers.

AmBank Group leaders also joined volunteers in sorting fresh produce for distribution to communities in need, further demonstrating the Group’s commitment to fostering a more sustainable and equitable food system in Malaysia.

Through the AmBank Volunteer Network, employees have been actively supporting TLFP’s initiatives, including fresh produce sorting at the warehouse and bread rescue for delivery to underprivileged communities. With this renewed sponsorship, AmBank Group aims to help TLFP recover more “lost” food, extend its reach, and make a lasting impact in addressing food insecurity nationwide.
