• Chan Siew Mei is a seasoned finance and advisory professional with close to four decades of experience in audit, deals and consulting. She began her career at KPMG in Malaysia’s Audit division before transitioning to the Advisory practice.
• She served as Head of Advisory and Chief Financial Officer at KPMG in Malaysia before her retirement from the firm in 2024.
• Ms Chan had advised across a wide range of corporate transactions, developing deep expertise in financial due diligence, deal advisory, and project management.
• She brings a rigorous analytical perspective and a strong track record in accounting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate engagements.
